Looking for a creative and meaningful way to spend Sunday afternoon? Join Family Day: Wonder Houses on Sunday, February 22nd from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Wende Museum.
Families are invited to roll up their sleeves and build an architectural model of a dream home—or any home that comes to mind—using simple materials like popsicle sticks and tongue depressors. This fun, hands-on activity goes beyond building. It opens the door to thoughtful conversations about what “home” really means. Is it the design? The memories inside? The feeling of comfort and belonging?
Children ages 6 and up are welcome to participate. All materials will be provided while supplies last, so arriving early is a great idea. Admission is free, and an online RSVP is encouraged to secure a spot.
