Being a Los Angeles local sure has it’s benefits. I love exploring historical neighborhood’s like Hancock Park because there are so many great historic homes, and this area is overflowing with art and culture. Did you know that The Los Angeles Museum of Art is free to all Los Angeles residents after 5pm on Fridays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays? If you happen to visit on a Friday, be sure to stick around for LACMA’s Friday Night Jazz Series, outside in the grand entrance. Just bring a blanket and let the family explore the grounds. There is parking on site. No outside alcohol or bottles are allowed.
