Most buyers are looking for the perfect home.  The perfect kitchen.  The perfect living room.  The perfect backyard.  And most of the time, the ideal that buyers are looking for are more than their budget.  In other words, our expectations are higher than our wallets.  But it doesn’t have to be this way.  With a little bit of an open mind and a lot of creativity and patience, your perfect home might be closer than you think.  As a real estate agent, I see buyers in Valley Village, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Los Angeles, Calabasas and even Beverly Hills with the same issue.  They simply want more than they can afford…but they don’t want to settle.

One of my special talents is to look at a house for it’s potential, and by doing that I can see how amazing it CAN be.  This is great for my buyers, because when a house isn’t that special, the pricing usually matches…so to the seller, they are settling for a lower sale price…to my buyers, they are getting a great deal.  Why, because with the extra money my clients are saving, we come up with a plan to modify the home to satisfy all of the desires my buyers are looking for…or at least as close as we can!
